Breathtaking Transitions! Highest Quality Decorative Filament
This Fast Gradient PLA from ZIRO is spectacular. Most color change filaments require a massive print to see a transition, but this one changes quickly enough that even a small print gets multiple colors! The shiny finish hides layer lines beautifully and gives the final model a premium appearance. Bed adhesion was perfect and I printed it with excellent results. No tangling or clogs.

At first I was going to write a not so great review. I have the Bambu Lab A1 printer. I tried five times to start a print with this and it would not stick AT ALL. I was getting frustrated and started the return process. I saw a couple reviews saying to load the filament as Bambu Galaxy, after doing that and a layer of hairspray on the plate I was able to print just fine. I’m on my second with this filament right now. Six hours left and looking strong. It’s absolutely beautiful, I’m glad I didn’t give up.

Good Filament, Bad Spool
Like all glitter/translucent filament, it's brittle when you're handling it directly off the spool (especially without drying it first), but it holds up very nicely once printed. I've bought several of the firefly series now. It's very dark like it appears in the pictures, and up close you can see more of the color. It's slightly(!) translucent, so if you use less layers, you will get more of a glow effect with more of the color appearance. I'm happy with the quality of the filament, but I really dislike the spools. The holes that are meant to hold the end of the filament are irritatingly small and close together. It's not a flexible filament, so it breaks every time you're trying to thread it through, even if it's reasonably dry. I would rate the spools themselves a 3/5. The one thing I d

ZIRO is my go-to brand of filament! Their packaging is THE BEST as they add in a separate sealing bag, as well as a sample of one of their filaments and a string of cleaning filament.ZIRO has some amazing colors and multi-colors while the quality is top notch!Definitely recommend this brand!

Favorite
This one is one of my favorite as it looks very galaxy but word of advise the color won't look like the image when you print it. You have to add a high gloss clear coat to bring out the color

Disappointed
I cannot get this to print anything on the K2 pro using their version. Of the AMS. It’s a fragile PLA and snaps no matter what I try. It also jammed and plugged up the nozzle so bad, I had to do a full hot end replacement. While the color is fabulous, I have no idea how it looks printed.
